Credit and Debit cards are not accepted.
**To avoid a 12% late fee, payment must be made by January 31st.
Requests for a payment plan must be made in writing, preferably by email. Payment plans are available in 4, 8 and 12-month increments. Please note that interest and fees will be added accordingly.
